Who should NOT have breast enlargement?

The woman who wants it for someone else's sake, or who is trying to please a partner, or who is hoping to save a failing relationship, should not undergo breast enlargement surgery. It is only appropriate for the woman who wants it for herself, for her own self. It is also unwise to have any plastic surgery in an attempt to get out of a state of depression.
